The Mortgage Bankers Association encourages mortgage lenders and servicers to participate in the 2013 Residential Mortgage Banking Compensation Survey Program, developed and administered by McLagan.
Participating in compensation benchmarking surveys allow firms to gain insight into ways to align their pay philosophies with those of peer firms and with current market conditions.
The 2013 Residential Compensation Survey Program provides key data on professionals across the major functions/areas within the mortgage banking industry. The annual survey provides detailed compensation data by function, specialization, business or product group and distribution channel.
In addition to the survey program, the MBA will host the annual Human Resources Roundtable this September in Washington, D.C. Open only to participants in the Mortgage Banking Compensation Survey Program, this interactive workshop offers a unique opportunity for participants to learn from industry experts and their peers as we discuss the latest in compensation and human resource trends.

MBA members receive an exclusive discount on all fees. Registration and participation in the program is required in order to receive the results. Publication of the survey is anticipated this summer.
NOTE: MBA also sponsors a Commercial Real Estate Compensation Survey examining competitive pay levels for positions within commercial real estate finance businesses.
